PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize contents retrieval under detailed conditions requested by a user, and to realize a method and system for providing push type information having video contents information as a main subject. SOLUTION: Standard meta data and presence information are used as the detail characteristics of contents information and user information so that contents retrieval under detailed conditions required by a user can be realized and so that a push type information provision method having video contents as a main subject can be realized. It is not necessary to execute all the storage and update of user relevant service information by online from user terminal equipment but it is possible to execute by off-line the storege and update of user relevant service information which is less often to change.
