PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the miniaturization of a lens shutter device by reducing the circumference of an electromagnetic actuator in the lens shutter device equipped with the electromagnetic actuator. SOLUTION: A shutter blade member driving member 50 has a ring part 51 and an arm part 52 extended outward from the ring part, and is turnably supported while the ring part is guided by the ring-like step part 36 of a base plate 30. The electromagnetic actuator 11 is constituted of a permanent magnet/yoke assembly 12 and a bobbin coil body 20, and the bobbin coil body 20 is fixed on the arm part 52 of the member 50.
