A ceiling and wall finish system is provided to improve the finish quality and reduce the construction cost by facilitating finish construction. A ceiling and wall finish system comprises a plate hanger rod(110) having a plurality of through holes at side portions thereof. A system channel(120) is coupled to the plate hanger rod(110). A connection member(140) is coupled to the system channel(120). An M-shaped channel(2) is coupled to the system channel(120) or the connection member(140). A finish member is coupled to the M-shaped channel(2). The system channel(120) comprises at least one insertion hole and at least one saw tooth hanger. The connection member(140) has four sides shaped like a lozenge or a tetrahedron.
