摘要 A method of manufacturing a non-shrinkage ceramic substrate is provided to increase densification and adhesion force of an external electrode by forming the external electrode through spraying. Plural dielectric sheets(210) each having an internal electrode(220) and a conductive via hole(230) are laminated to form a laminated structure(200). A restraining dielectric sheet(240) is disposed on upper and lower surface of the laminated structure to restrain facial shrinkage of the dielectric sheet. The laminated structure is burned at a firing temperature of the dielectric sheet, and then the restraining dielectric sheet is removed. A mask(250) having the same pattern as that of an external electrode(270) is disposed on the laminated structure. A material(272) for the external electrode is sprayed on the upper and lower surfaces of the laminated structure to form the external electrode.
