<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber stopper cleaning system which enables a removal of foreign materials heavier and foreign materials more light also in gravity than washing water by rough washing, and further, enables a decrease in a quantity consumed of the washing water. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber stopper cleaning system (1) has a constitution that after the rubber stopper is rough washed in a rough washing tub (11), the rubber stopper is transported from the rough washing tub (11) to a main washing tub (54) through a transport pipe (4), and the rubber stopper is subjected to the treatments such as cleaning, sterilizing, and drying inside the main washing tub (54). The rubber stopper cleaning system is provided with at least a switching valve and/or opening and closing valve (4a) arranged in the transport pipe (4), a first discharge port (12) discharging by overflowing the washing water and the foreign materials lighter in gravity than the washing water from the rough washing tub (11), a second discharge port (14) discharging the washing water and the foreign materials heavier in gravity than the washing water by a branching from the transport pipe (4) through the switching valve and/or opening and closing valve (4a), a lower part dividing portion (15) arranged in the rough washing tub (11), and capable of stopping the rubber stopper for occlusion, through which the washing water and the foreign materials heavier in gravity pass, and an intake (36) of the washing water arranged at the lower part of the rough washing tub (11). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
