<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet, easily and surely constructible, while exhibiting a superior appearance and the sound effect, by easily and accurately manufacturing the decorative sheet having a three-dimensional recess-projection part by one plate material, in the decorative sheet suitable for use as an internal facing material of a building. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of bottom folding grooves 10 and 10 mutually parallel at a specific interval, and at least one strip of ridge folding grooves 11, are alternately carved on a decorative sheet main body 1 of sticking flexible sheet materials 2 and 3 to obverse-reverse surfaces. A recessed part 4 is formed between recessed strip bending parts 8a and 8a formed by bending the pair of bottom folding grooves 10 and 10. A projection part 5 composed of a projection strip bending part 9a formed by bending the ridge folding grooves 11, is formed between the adjacent recessed parts 4 and 4.
