<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out operation as a communications device by only a communications device satisfying the requirements to be used as a relay station. <P>SOLUTION: The communications device comprises: a position detector 164 for generating position information by detecting the position of its own device and indicating the position of its own device; a decision part 162 of operation for determining the operation of its own device as the operation of a relay station when it is judged whether its own device is satisfying requirements used as a relay station and is judged with satisfying requirements; a notification packet generation part 150A of a relay station for generating a notification packet 150a of a relay station which notifies to other devices that its own device operates as a relay station at a predetermined period including the position information generated by the position detector, when the operation of its own device is determined to operate as a relay station by the decision part of operation; and a packet transmitting mechanism 105B for generating a transmitting packet 105b based on the notification packet of a relay station and for transmitting the transmitting packet to other devices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
