PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus which can perform operation of a correspondence relation between a standard image and a reference image.

SOLUTION: The apparatus inputs a standard image I1 and a reference image I2 which are images photographed by two cameras arranged on both sides. A weighing factor determination part 221 determines a coefficient for cutting a high-frequency area of a synthetic phase spectrum of the standard image I1 and the reference image I2 based on texture information in the image in the window centering on an attention point in the standard image I1 and the reference image I2.
