<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction apparatus which can sense a degree of vacuum (barometric pressure) in a heat-insulating vacuum vessel (reaction vessel), and further, can aim a miniaturization and a reduction of a heat loss, a power generating plant using the reaction apparatus, and electronics. <P>SOLUTION: The reaction apparatus 100 comprises a top lid for heat insulation 152 and a lower lid for heat insulation 153 placed oppositely mutually, a reaction apparatus body 101 sandwiched between the top lid for heat insulation 152 and the lower lid for heat insulation 153, and at the same time, housed in a heat-insulating space 150b formed by the top lid for heat insulation 152 and the lower lid for heat insulation 153 to initiate the reaction of a reactant, and a barometric pressure sensor measuring the barometric pressure in the heat-insulating space 150b. A micro-vacuum sensor 1 is arranged in an inner wall part 150a of the heat-insulating vacuum vessel 150 constituted by a part of the reaction apparatus body 101, the top lid for heat insulation 152, and the lower lid for heat insulation 153. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
