A resource reallocation method in a mobile communication network is provided to be capable of transmitting a particular feature code to a user terminal side if speech quality inferiority occurs during a call, while resources can be reallocated according to the feature code, thereby solving the inferiority without disconnecting the call. It is decided whether a particular feature code is transmitted to the first MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(208) from the first MS(Mobile Station)(100)(S200,S202). If so, the first MSC demands call waiting to the second MSC(208')(S204), and the firs MSC demands radio resource reallocation to the first BTS(Base station Transceiver System)(202)(S206,S208). The first BTS progresses radio resource reallocation operation to the first MS(S210). The first BTS delivers a radio resource reallocation complete message to the first MSC(S212). Operation of reallocating wired resources inside the first MSC is progressed, and call connection is demanded to the second MSC(S214). A call for resuming a call between the first and second MSCs is established(S216).
