PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for avoiding an increase in a cost and a decrease in an operating efficiency by simply and effectively regulating a printing position, and allowing a waste of a continuous sheet, an ink or the like to be substantially no need by substantially eliminating trial printing. SOLUTION: One of lateral perforations M of a continuous sheet is brought into coincidence with an indicating mark. A transfer deviating amount of a position of the perforations M nearest a connecting position to the connecting position between a blanket cylinder 2 and an impression cylinder 1 and a rotary deviating amount of a print starting end position P4 of the cylinder 2 to the connecting position between the cylinder 2 and the cylinder 1 are calculated, and a deviation regulating amount between the position P4 of the cylinder 2 and the print starting end position of the sheet is calculated. The sheet is moved when restarted in response to the deviation regulating amount and then supplied. |
