<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access right management device and a program, allowing a manager of an electronic document to perform change control of an access right to the electronic document from non-permission to permission without explicitly deciding it. <P>SOLUTION: When an access right request reception part receives a request for the access right of browsing from an information terminal, an accessability decision part decides whether access is permitted to a requester or not in reference to an access control table, and an access right provision part provides the access right to the requester when it is decided that the access is permitted to the requester. An access right processing part confirms whether results of the requester are read or unread in reference to the access control table, changes the results of the requester in the access control table into the read when the results of the requester are the unread, confirms whether results of all users inside a group to which the requester belongs are the read or not, and permits the access to a user belonging to a group of the next order when the results of all the users inside the group are the read. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
