PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce flow resistance of a gas hole formed on a valve element. SOLUTION: The gas hole 31 is formed to have an oval shape long in the bending inner and outer directions. The gas hole 31 is divided into three portions of an inner portion 31A, a central portion 31B and an outer portion 31C, in the bending inner and outer directions. When a virtual gas hole 31' having a circular cross section with the same flowing area as that of the gas hole 31 is similarly divided into three portions, a ratio of the flow passage area of the outer portion 31C to that of the central portion 31B is set larger than a ratio of the flow passage area of an outer portion to that of a central portion of the virtual gas hole 31'.
