PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive transmission device and an image-forming device wherein durability is improved by relaxing an impact made in the rotative direction at the time of shifting from a non-interlocking state to an interlocking state. SOLUTION: In a clutch device, an interlocking state between a rotatable first-docking-gear which is axially fixed to a bearing shaft and a rotatable second-docking-gear which is axially slidable with respect to the bearing shaft is shifted by sliding the second docking-gear through a coupling member by means of an axial cam provided in a cam wheel placed on the second docking-gear side. One end of a guide pin 4 is inserted in a pin-hole made in the bearing shaft, and the other end is positioned in the guide groove formed in the coupling member to inhibit the coupling member from rotating. In the guide pin 4, first and second sliding faces 42, 43 having finite length respectively are provided to the head 41 at the other end in contact with both inner walls of the guide groove so that the impact is dispersed.
