A sheet pickup device for protecting a panel is provided to pickup a sheet for protecting the panel while preventing the panel from being going up together with the sheet. A base member(810) horizontally moves up/down and horizontally by a driving unit. A plurality of adsorption units(K) is combined with the base member. The adsorption units absorb a sheet by vacuum. A shrinkage type adsorption unit(P) is combined with the base member. The shrinkage type adsorption unit is shrunk by vacuum so that the shrinkage type adsorption unit lifts a part of a sheet through absorption. The adsorption unit comprises a hollow shaft(830), a vacuum tube(840) and an adsorption pad(850). The hollow shaft is combined with the base member. The vacuum tube is connected to the hollow shaft. The adsorption pad is combined with an end part of the hollow shaft. |
