PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic transistor having high mobility, a large current on/off ratio, and superior storage stability. SOLUTION: The organic transistor has an organic semiconductor layer, and contains at least one kind of diace-naphtho[1,2-k:1',2'-k']-s-indaceno[1,2,3-cd:5,6,7-c'd']di-fluoranthene derivative in the organic semiconductor layer.
