METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COMPACT LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a compact liquid crystal display element by which influence of warpage generated by sticking mother boards having heat expansion coefficients different from each other by using a sealing agent is eliminated. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the compact liquid crystal display element by which a plurality of compact liquid crystal display element areas are formed on a pair of mother boards (a mother sapphire board and a mother glass board), and the pair of mother boards are stuck to each other via the sealing agent formed at an outer peripheral part of each compact liquid crystal display element area and then divided into each liquid crystal display element, the sealing agent is an adhesive formed by mixing a UV curable resin and a thermosetting resin, the UV curable resin is cured after the pair of mother boards are stuck and the thermosetting resin is cured after the mother boards are divided into respective compact liquid crystal display elements.
