PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert an intermediate frequency signal and a radio frequency signal with one circuit by providing a 1st filter reflecting an image frequency signal and a local oscillation frequency signal and a 2nd filter reflecting the radio frequency signal. SOLUTION: The local oscillation frequency signal is inputted from a high frequency signal input terminal 28, the intermediate frequency signal is inputted from an intermediate frequency signal input-output terminal 20, and both of them are inputted to a diode mounted on a mount 5d. As a result, the radio frequency signal and the image frequency signal are generated, the radio frequency signal outputted to a dielectric strip 21 is reflected by the 2nd filter 24 and outputted from a high frequency signal input-output terminal 26 together with the radio frequency signal outputted to a dielectric strip 22. Meanwhile, the radio frequency signal is inputted to the diode mounted on the mount 5d from the terminal 26, a prescribed signal between the generated signals is reflected by an IF filter on the mount 5d, and only the intermediate frequency signal is outputted from the terminal 20. |
