A method of mounting (articulation) a swinging boom of manipulator with a fixed column made in the form of a basis, which bears the swinging boom, which is set in action by hydraulic power cylinders, and a hydraulic system for control of cylinders, consists in that to the basis from above and from below in horizontal plane double loops, coaxial in vertical plane, are fastened by permanent connection - welding. In the swinging boom the appropriate single loops are installed, which at mounting of the swinging boom on basis are divided between them by fingers, which are installed in the coaxial openings of double and single loops. Under each single loop a radial-thrust antifriction bearing or friction bearing is preliminarily located. The radial-thrust antifriction bearing or friction bearing from above and from below is covered with damping gaskets made from fluorocarbon polymer. |
