PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition having excellent restoring property at a practically endurable level and being excellent in blocking property and transparency when made into a cured coated film and a coating agent comprising the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an active energy ray-curable resin composition containing an urethane (meth)acrylate compound (A) obtained by reacting a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate compound (x) containing an ε-caprolactone-derived structural site and a polyvalent isocyanate compound (y) and a polysiloxane structure-containing compound (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
