PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector for circuit board which allows for reliable connection of the connection portion of each terminal and the ground leg of a shield member, respectively, with corresponding pads without up-sizing in the terminal arrangement direction, and to provide an electric connector mounting body.SOLUTION: A signal connection portion 24S of a signal terminal 20S and the signal connection portion 24G of a ground terminal 20G are located on the inside of the outer surface of the side plate 34 of a shield member 30 in the connector width direction. The ground connection portion 24G of the ground terminal 20G is located between the signal connection portions 24S of two signal terminals 20S adjoining in the terminal arrangement direction. The ground leg 38 of the shield member 30 is connected with the ground pad of a circuit board at a position on the outside of the outermost end of the connection portions 24S, 24G, and located in a region between the signal connection portions 24S on the opposite sides of the ground connection portion 24G corresponding to the ground leg 38, while having a range overlapping the ground connection portion 24G in the terminal arrangement direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
