FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to machine parts, and can be used in tooth gears. Gear wheel consists of a hub, a body in the form of a disk and a toothed rim made as a profiled ring from a strip. External profile and outer diameter of the rim correspond to profile and diameter of the top circle calculated for the toothed rim of the given wheel. Profiled ring by one end face is secured on the disk end face, and at second end of profiled ring flat ring is mounted with inner diameter equal to inner diameter of profiled ring and outer diameter is not less than diameter of circle of tops of toothed rim. Disk and flat ring outer diameters are larger than outer diameter of profiled ring. Thickness of the disc from its outer end along its whole circumference, at sections with radius larger than that of the toothed rim tops, is reduced to a value not exceeding the value of the flat ring thickness.EFFECT: higher quality of lubrication of teeth working surfaces is achieved.1 cl, 2 dwg |
