FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for treatment of severe toxicoses by efferent therapy. Device for detoxification of lymph comprises lymph collection device, and hydraulically combined working vessel, cleaning circuit, and reinfusion unit, connected to volume compensation unit, all connected to control unit. Device includes disposal vessel, level switch that is connected to control unit and mounted upon disposal vessel in order to provide preset volume collection of first portion of congestive lymph, as well as flow distributor connected to control unit, wherein input has hydraulic connection to output of lymph collection device, first output is connected to working vessel, and second - to disposal vessel. Level switch is installed inside or outside disposal vessel and is capable of actuation when float in disposal vessel lifts to its location site.EFFECT: invention provides multiple cyclic lymph filtering with preliminary controlled volume disposal of congestive lymph, and allows to reduce process duration.1 cl, 1 dwg |
