摘要 |
FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of protective coatings on metal surface by high-energy action on the surface of treated metal and can be used for treatment of metal surfaces, particularly, non-alloyed steels. Method for obtaining of a corrosion-resistant carbon coating on a steel surface includes preparation of nano-size powder, its application onto the surface, drying and treatment with laser radiation; wherein the graphite powder is ground in an activator for 40-45 minutes and heptane is added to it, the mixture is grinded during 10-15 minutes, after which the suspension of heptane-graphite is applied on steel surface in the shape of a layer with a thickness of 10±1 mcm and dried, while the surface treatment is carried out by laser radiation with pulse generation frequency of 20-100 kHz, power of 10-50 W and scanning rate of 800-900 mm/s. In particular cases of the invention realisation, for preparation of nano-size powder use is made of graphite of brand GK-1, or GE, or HORG, or activated carbon. Treatment of the surface by laser radiation is carried out in inert gas atmosphere or in vacuum.EFFECT: there is ensured obtaining of a solid nano-size film with the structure of graphite on a steel surface for corrosion protection when performing a smaller amount of process operations.3 cl, 3 dwg, 2 tbl, 1 ex |
