Disclosed is a radiation detector. The disclosed radiation detector comprises: a radiation detection module which has a photoconductive layer having heavy metal therein; a voltage control part which detects currents flowing in the photoconductive layer and controlling the voltage applied to the photoconductive layer based on the detected currents; and a sealing part which surrounds at least a part of a radiation detection module, and sealing the photoconductive layer. As such, the present invention prevents an overcurrent from flowing in the photoconductive layer.
