POLYIMIDE COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS

Provided is a manufacturing method of polyimide using a solvent which does not contain N-methylpyrrolidone. Also, provided is a composition useful for deposition of a polyimide film free of N-methylpyrrolidone. The composition comprises a solvent mixture including: at least one among a polyimide polymer and/or an amic acid polymer; and a solvent mixture including dimethylsulfoxide, triethyl phosphate, and gamma-butyrolactone.
