The present invention relates to a machine tool capable of improving the utilization efficiency of energy. The machine tool according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a tool rest where at least one tool is mounted to process a workpiece; a hydraulic pump which supplies cutting oil to the tool rest; a flow distribution manifold which distributes the cutting oil discharged by the hydraulic pump; a main supply line which connects the hydraulic pump with the flow distribution manifold; a first supply line which connects the flow distribution manifold with the tool rest; a power generator which uses the rotatory power of a turbine or a blade; a second supply line which connects the flow distribution manifold with the power generator; and a control valve which controls the flow of the cutting oil by being arranged on the flow distribution manifold. |
