PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a refrigerant returning temperature, estimate a heat storage capacity and draft an appropriate operation plan of a heat source system.SOLUTION: An operation management device 1 comprises: a refrigerant returning temperature prediction unit for predicting a refrigerant returning temperature Tr of refrigerant returning from an air conditioner facility 3 to a heat source system 2; a heat storage capacity prediction unit for predicting a heat storage capacity held by the heat source system on the basis of the predicted refrigerant returning temperature Tr; and an operation plan preparation unit for preparing an operation plan of the heat source system on the basis of the predicted heat storage capacity. The heat source system may comprise: a heat storage tank 20 for supplying stored refrigerant to the air conditioner facility; a refrigerant generating unit 22 for cooling refrigerant returning from the air conditioner facility through the heat storage tank and supplying the cooled refrigerant to the heat storage tank; a refrigerant feeding temperature detecting unit 24 for measuring a temperature of the refrigerant transferred from the refrigerant generating unit to the heat storage tank; and a refrigerant returning temperature detecting unit 25 for measuring a temperature of the refrigerant returning from the heat storage tank to the refrigerant generating unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
