PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquatic organism raising tool and an aquatic organism raising system capable of improving raising efficiency of an aquatic organism.SOLUTION: A shellfish raising tool 1 includes: a pair of vertical plates 2 extending vertically and having a light shielding property; an inclined plate 3 having a light shielding property; and a horizontal plate 4 having a light shielding property. The inclined plate 3 has a face on an upper side in a vertical direction, the face inclined in the vertical direction, and is attached on the vertical plate 2 while being protruded therefrom. The horizontal plate 4 is attached on the vertical plate 2 while being protruded therefrom at a position different from the position of the inclined plate 3 in the vertical direction and a horizontal direction. The horizontal plate 4 has a horizontal face on an upper side in the vertical direction. When the inclined plates 3 arranged in the same horizontal plane and the horizontal plates 4 arranged on the same plane are defined as one combination unit, the inclined plates 3 are arranged on an oblique upper side in the vertical direction than the horizontal plates 4 in the combination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
