PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that allows an elongated life to be attained, and allows an image quality to be excellently maintained even in durability.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises: a conductivity support body; and a photoreceptor layer and a protection layer that are sequentially provided on the conductivity support body. The protection layer has curable type resin, and the curable type resin has a charge transportation structure, and includes a first constitutional unit expressed by a following chemical expression (1) and deriving from a first chain-polymerizable compound, and a second constitutional unit deriving from a second chain-polymerizable compound having no charge transportation structure. The number of moles contained in the first constitutional unit in the curable type resin is equal to or more than the number of moles contained in the second constitutional unit in the curable type resin. In the chemical expression (1), at least two of Ar, Ar, Arand Arindependently have a chain-polymerizable functional group, respectively. The Ar, Ar, Arand Arindependently represent an allylene group that may have a substituent group (excluding the chain-polymerizable functional group), not including nitrogen, and the Arand Arindependently represent the allylene group that may have the substitutional group (excluding the chain--polymerizable functional group), respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
