PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference signal generating device capable of preventing a decrease in reference signal accuracy caused by a temperature change in a thermostatic oven.SOLUTION: A reference signal generating device 10 comprises a VCXO 23, an internal temperature sensor 24, and a control unit 22. The VCXO 23 is arranged a thermostatic oven 30. The internal temperature sensor 24 detects an internal temperature which is a temperature in the thermostatic oven 30. The control unit 22 calculates a phase difference by comparing a reference signal and the signal output by the VCXO 23, and controls the VCXO 23 on the basis of the phase difference and the internal temperature detected by the internal temperature sensor 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
