PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that confirmation of the presence of penetrating air bubbles in the electrode lead part of a conventional type pressure sensor requires that destructive inspection for destroying the electrode lead part and visually inspecting it be carried out, giving rise to a strong need for a method for detecting the presence of penetrating air bubbles in the electrode lead part without destroying the electrode lead part.SOLUTION: An inspection method according to the present invention determines that penetrating air bubbles do exist when an insulation resistance value measured at a specific temperature between the outside surface of the metal cylinder of an electrode lead part and the conductive lead pin of the electrode lead part is smaller than a prescribed value at the specific temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
