PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scenario integration device and method capable of easily creating a scenario for enabling each organization to cooperatively perform integrated training.SOLUTION: A scenario integration device 10 receives a scenario for training created on the basis of management range information acquired by associating an organization with a predetermined management range from each organization, and creates an integrated scenario for enabling a plurality of organizations to cooperatively perform training on the basis of events included in the received scenario for training and the management range information, and transmits the scenario for training for the organizations based on the created integrated scenario to each organization. Furthermore, the scenario integration device 10 determines inconsistency in the plurality of scenarios for training, and creates the integrated scenario on the basis of the plurality of scenarios for training determined to be not inconsistent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
