PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a document prepared containing an individual number without leaking information.SOLUTION: An information processing unit includes: preparation means configured to prepare document data including information on an individual number and a user corresponding to the individual number; determination means configured to determine whether or not to store the document data prepared at the preparation means; and editing means configured to, if the determination means determines to store the document data, delete the individual number from the document data, and add, to the document data, a command for obtaining the individual number when reusing the document data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
