PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal substrate or the like, capable of achieving further improvement of frequency temperature characteristics.SOLUTION: A SAW resonator 20 includes a crystal substrate 10, and IDTs 21, 22 formed on the crystal substrate 10. Furthermore, reflectors 23, 24 are formed on the crystal substrate 10, on the opposite sides (SAW propagation direction) of the IDTs 21, 22. In other words, the SAW resonator 20 is a 1 port resonator using a characteristic crystal substrate 10. The crystal substrate 10 has an Eulerian angle (φ, θ, ψ) satisfying φ=5.5° to 9.5°, θ=120° to 150° and ψ=40° to 60°, or φ=-5.5° to -9.5°, θ=120° to 150° and ψ=-40° to -50°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
