A switchgear of the present invention comprises: a blocking unit for receiving power to supply or block the power, and installed inside a first outer box; and a disconnection ground unit installed in a front end of the blocking unit, separating and grounding a circuit for security after removing load current in the blocking unit, and installed inside a second outer box. The blocking unit is composed of a bus-bar unit for supplying the power. Therefore, since contamination caused by an external environment is reduced, durability of an apparatus is improved to reduce the maintenance costs, danger on security for maintenance is significantly reduced, and manufacturing costs is significantly reduced compared to a phase separation bus-bar method.
