摘要 The present invention relates to a preparation method of a grout material for a micropile in soft ground and a construction method using the same. The objective of the present invention is to promote rapid grouting of a grout material injected in the space between an outer casing and a micropile to prevent the ungrouted grout material from leaking through a gap between the outer casing and the support layer. To fulfill the above objective, the present invention comprises the following steps: (a) mixing 35-50 wt% of cement and 50-65 wt% of water to prepare a first cement aqueous solution; (b) mixing 75-90 wt% of the first cement aqueous solution and 10-25 wt% of fly ash to prepare a second cement aqueous solution; (c) mixing 75-85 wt% of the first cement aqueous solution, 10-20 wt% of fly ash, and 0.1-5 wt% of metal ions to prepare a third cement aqueous solution; (d) mixing 70-90 wt% of the third cement aqueous solution, 5-15 wt% of sodium silicate, and 5-15 wt% of water to prepare a grout material; (e) boring a hole in soft ground and inserting an outer casing (20) therein; (f) inserting a micropile (10) into the outer casing (20); (g) injecting the grout material prepared in the step (d) through a space between the outer casing (20) and the micropile (10); and following the step (g), (h) placing concrete (50) on the micropile (10) exposed above the ground.
