PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost of a supply mechanism of an inorganic chloride solution.SOLUTION: An electrolytic device according to an embodiment comprises: an electrolytic tank containing an anode chamber, an intermediate chamber, and a cathode chamber; an inorganic chloride solution supply mechanism containing a first tank and a second tank which is partitioned from the first tank with an osmosis membrane; a first line for connecting the first tank to the electrolytic tank; and a second line for discharging a used inorganic chloride solution from the electrolytic tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
