PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-protein beverage having good flavor in spite of containing high concentration of protein.SOLUTION: A high-protein beverage is provided which at least contains 8 mass% or more of milk protein (A) and tamarind gum (B) and has a pH of 4.0 or less. A production method of a beverage containing milk protein (A), which is a production method of the high-protein beverage at least containing 8 mass% or more of milk protein (A) and tamarind gum (B) and having a pH of 4.0 or less, is provided which at least includes a step of dissolving the tamarind gum (B) in addition to a step of dissolving the milk protein (A).SELECTED DRAWING: None
