RESIN MOLD WITH A REINFORCEMENT LAYER AND THE METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a resin mold having a reinforcing layer, which has improved durability and increased service life, shows a cushioning function, and can be applied to an injection mold while realizing the same fine pattern and texture as the original, and a method for manufacturing the same. The method comprises the steps of: fixing the original to a jig; applying a release agent to the surface of the original; forming a reinforcing layer on the original coated with the release agent; installing a first frame around the original so that the frame is spaced apart from the original; filling the inner part of the first frame with a liquid resin and curing the liquid resin to form a resin layer; removing the jig to form a lower mold; reversing the lower mold to expose the original; applying a release agent to the surface of the exposed original; installing a second frame on the top of the first frame; filling the inner part of the second frame with a liquid resin and curing the liquid resin to form a resin layer, thereby forming an upper mold; separating the upper mold from the lower mold and demolding the original to form a cavity.
