摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To increase the dehydration efficiency by heating up sludge to a specified temperature, and then dehydrating without injection of chemicals, using the heat of infiltrate for pre-heating the sludge and heat recovering when the sludge of the water supply work is dehydrated and also increase the filtration rate by adding small equipment. CONSTITUTION: Sludge S is passed through a preheating heat exchanger 1 and guided to a sludge heating tank 2, in which the sludge is heated up to 20-95 deg.C by a heat source 3, for example, a boiler, and fed to a dehydrator 6. Filtrate 8 in the dehydrator 6 is fed to the preheating heat exchanger 1 and utilized again for preheating the sludge. The viscosity of sludge is lower by heating to improve the filtering characteristics in the dehydrator 6. Also the filtrate temperature can be recovered to be equivalent to the sludge temperature by forming a filtration chamber of the dehydrator 6 by a heat insulation material. Also, as the heat source is vapor and only the water content exists in a treatment system, dehydration without injection of chemicals can be carried out to utilize again the filtrate as raw water.</p>
