PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a yoghurt-like dessert food by using fish floss-like soybean curd that can manifest nonconventional texture and taste with plenty of nutrition and a production process therefor. SOLUTION: In this process for producing a yoghurt-like dessert food 1, a fish floss-like soybean curd is prepared by adding a coagulating agent to soybean milk from soybeans, then additives 2, for example, Western liquors, sugar and the like are admixed to the fish floss-like soybean curd and the resultant intermediate mixture is properly stirred, and whipped. |
