PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide colored refined rice flour easy in preparation of colored dumplings or GYUHI (kneaded product made of glutinous rice flour, white sugar and millet jelly) homemade, and to provide a method for producing it. SOLUTION: Colored refine rice flour containing a coloring agent homogeneously into the inside of the fine particles. The refined rice flour is produced through the following processes: (1) a hydrated mixture preparation process in which water is added to glutinous rice powder, subsequently a coloring agent and other necessary food additives are added, and they are mixed, (2) a pressing process in which the hydrated mixture is pressed to dehydrate, and (3) a drying process in which the pressed product is cut into small pieces and dried. |
