PURPOSE:To obtain slider parts to which a low friction coefficient is compatible with high mechanical strength, by connecting the slider parts with an article made by plating a carbon fiber with a metal. CONSTITUTION:Nonwoven cloth or woven cloth made of a carbon fiber is plated with a metal and an alloy, such as Sn, Cu or Ni-P. Then, this plated material is joined with lead bronze, aluminum bronze, white metal, cast iron and an iron plate through soldering, welding or an adhesive agent. |
