PURPOSE:To aim at improvement in the assembling operability of a steering gear, by locking this steering gear on top of the rear of a subframe to be set up on the bottom of an engine room. CONSTITUTION:A power train 11 is installed on top of a subframe 10 via a mount bracket 13. A steering gear 1 is locked onto the subframe in a way of dropping a locate pin of a stopper plate of the mount bracket 13 to be attached to the steering gear 1 in a locate hole of the subframe 10. The subframe 10 fitted with the steering gear 1 is assembled in and engine room from the upside whereby the steering gear 1 is arrangeable in the required position inside the engine room.
