PURPOSE:To reduce the variation of torque and the shock from the ground, by fixing a resilient block between inner and outer tubes of boss while providing a stopper mechanism for limiting the displacement of resilient block within predetermined level at the side of outer tube. CONSTITUTION:Inner tube 1 of boss has a section 3 projecting toward outercircumference while having a plurality of circumferential notches with constant interval. While the outer tube 2 has a section 4 projecting toward inner circumference where the facing surfaces 1a, 2a of inner and outer tubes 1, 2 are tapered to provide a fitting section 5 between them. A plurality of splitted resilient blocks 7 are fitted circumferentially in said fitting section 5. A resilient member 12 is burnt between the outside member 9 and the inside member 11 and fastened through bolts 12', 13 to the outer tube 2 and the inner tube 1. A sprocket tooth 14 is fixed at the outercircumference of the outer tube 2 while a stopper plate 16 having a pin 18 is fixed at the side to constitute a stopper mechanism A.
