An electrically driven or petrol cylinder mower comprises a mower body 101 within which is mounted a removable cutter assembly 202. The cutting cylinder is driven from an electric motor or petrol engine within the mower body by a drive wheel 504, and is adjustable relative to the body by means of a toothed segment 601 engaging wheels coupled to an adjusting knob 403. The cutter assembly may be removed and replaced by other implements.
