PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical excising instrument causing little electrical loss and having only a small range of thermal influences. SOLUTION: The invention concerns an electrical excising instrument in which an outer cannula 21 having an electrical insulating property and being flexible at least at its end is provided with openings 22a, 22b in the sidewalls of its end and a portion of an electrical conductor 23 freely movably passed through the lumen of the outer cannula 21 projects out of the openings 22a, 22b, with the end of the conductor 23 fixed in a position ahead thereof, the conductor 23 having a first conductor 28 and a second conductor 26 electrically insulated from each other, with the first conductor 28 forming a first electrode 24 exposed to the outer surface of the outer cannula 21 and the second conductor 26 being provided with a second electrode 25, the first electrode 24 and the second electrode 25 arranged one behind the other in a line along the tube axis of the outer cannula 21. |
