PURPOSE:To simplify the structure, and also, to execute driving whose output power density is high by using frictional force between the vibration surface and the rail surface brought to press-contacting as driving force and executing a translational motion by an ultrasonic vibrator. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic vibrator 11 is contained in a rail 31, and to a driving hanging accessory 32 and other hanging accessory 33, curtain cloth 35 is suspended through a hook 34. In this state, when an AC voltage of a frequency (f) is applied to a first piezoelectric body 22 and it is vibrated, an elastic body 21 is resonated in a longitudinal vibration primary mode. Subsequently, when the AC voltage of the frequency (f) is applied to a second piezoelectric body 23a and 23b and they are vibrated, the elastic body 21 is vibrated in a bending vibration secondary mode. In this case, by adjusting an amplitude and a phase of the voltage applied to a first piezoelectric body 22 and a second piezoelectric body 23a and 23b, a roughly elliptical vibration of an arbitrary shape can be generated in the elastic body 21. When such an ultrasonic vibrator 11 is pressed against the rail 31, since the vibration surface is executing a roughly elliptical vibration, the ultrasonic vibrator 11 runs in parallel by frictional force of the press-contacting surface, and the curtain can be opened and closed. |
