发明名称 CONTROLLING METHOD FOR PERMANENT MAGNET TYPE SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To smoothly control normal, reverse rotation by providing two sets of magnetic sensors for normal and reverse rotations, and so disposing the sensors that the interval between the sensors is equal to the angle of the protrusion shape of a core, i.e., the internal between adjacent permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION:Two pole position sensors 2a, 2b are so disposed by separating them by an interval between the adjacent permanent magnets of a rotor that the deviation angle of the adjacent sensors of the sensors 2a, 2b is set to the same as a rotary phase deviation angle beta. The first pole sensor 2a mounted in a motor 1 is used for normal rotation time, and the second pole sensor 2b is used for reverse rotation time. Any of the sensors 2a, 2b is selected by a sensor switching circuit 13, and input to a position, speed controller 5 to smoothly control the normal and reverse rotations.
